Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, monitoring, and customer satisfaction survey.

  • Execute all activities within the marketing department and handle marketing communications for the company. Maintain and update marketing materials from time to time.

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and plans in alignment with the company direction.

  • Monitor marketing budget vs expenses.

  • Identify, conceptualize and implement effective leads acquisition marketing campaigns on a monthly basis across different platforms.

  • Identify business challenges that customers face and provide creative solutions to ensure sales and development opportunities are maximized.

  • Require to have good interpersonal & effective communication skills.

  • Good time management skill and systematic. Ability to pick up product knowledge speedily and respond fast to requirements & changes.

  • Innovative & creative, able to think outside of the box.

  • Capable to perform multi-task and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines/ schedule.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position.

  • Experienced in Search Engine Marketing including PPC, AdWords, and Display Advertising.

  • Relevant experience with good technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SEM, SMM, SMO, SEO and able to execute and optimise.

  • Experienced in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Youtube, etc).

  • Strong analytical skills – familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, or other equivalent analytics tools).

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language.

  • Proven experience in writing and editing ad copies.

  • Excellent Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Conversational Malay and Mandarin spoken to communicate with associates, convey accurate & effective messages.

  • Need to hands-on and be meticulous.
