The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing good and efficient level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Manage customers account on behalf of them
  • Send on-time reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Perform frequent testing on the company's products to keep up-to-date on features and solutions in helping customers execute and manage their account
Qualifications
  • No previous experience needed but if you have, it will be a plus point
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Very efficient in communication
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Good in documentation in keeping communication records between the company and the customers
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
